Demonic Deception part 9Demonic Deception Part 9Recap: Last time things went downhill. After getting the sword, Ninjor and Kara used the same technique Rin used to find the sword to locate the next armor piece. Kara led the group to Egypt to locate the Eye of Lamia. Kadabra returned and separated the team, but Kara and Jason found the Eye, but were cut off by the vampire Serena. Seeing no other choice to save Jason, Kara put on the eye of Lamia necklace and became possessed by the ancient vampire spirit of Lamia. She absorbed Kadabra and Serena into the eye and retreated before Jason could save her. Hopefully, they can save Kara before she's gone for good.Back in Egypt, Jason is lamenting about Kara being lost to the spirit of Lamia. Drake is talking with the others and trying to come up with a plan to help Kara."How're we suppose to do that?" Rin asked."If I can get close enough, I think I can purify her with my fire." Jason said determined."You really think it'll work?" Ninjor asked."IT HAS TO!" Jason
Demonic Deception part 8Demonic Deception Part 8Recap: Things got serious last time. Death Boy had an old enemy of Rin's family go after the sword of Abaddon. This satyr named Kadabra tried to take Rin out at the Castle where the sword was located, but luckily he wasn't too bright. While Ninjor and the others held off Kadabra, Rin was able to find the sword. He almost lost himself to the power but his friends pulled him back. But Death Boy managed to get the chest plate in the meantime, and Kadabra is still alive. What are those fiends planning?The next day at the condo...Ninjor gets an idea, "Hey, Rin said that he got that vision of the sword when he touched the stone in the gauntlet right?"Everyone else stares confused, "Yeah?""Well, maybe we should try using the sword to find the next piece of the armor."Drake sighs, "I don't know if that's the best idea. You may have been under demonic influence, but that sword nearly made Rin go insane with rage. Who knows what wielding both at once would do to us.
Demonic Deception part 7Demonic Deception Part 7Recap: Whoa...Okay. So after Ninjor was seduced by the Demon Seductress, she had him go collect a gauntlet that held an ancient power. But once he got it, he was forced to fight his friends. Seductress soon took control of the rest of the team except for Kara, who managed to snap Ninjor out of his trance and take down Seductress. But her reign of terror is far from over. Now Jason and his friends are in a race against time to collect the remaining six demonic armor pieces before Death Boy can. Man, things just got serious.In the basement of the condo, Drake and Jason are sparring so he can get better control of his new powers. The room is like that of a dojo, with the two of them on a mat with a full set of training gear on to avoid serious injury.Jason sighs and asks, "How is this suppose to help me? You don't know anymore about my white flames than I do."Drake chuckles and elaborates, "Well, I was there when you first used that skill and I thought about it
Demonic Deception part 6Demonic Deception Part 6Recap: Jason revealed that when he was a baby, his Father merged his soul with a demon soul making Jason half demon. Everyone seemed to take the news well, everyone but Ninjor. That secret threw him off in the field, which led to Jason's demon powers coming to light. He purified a corrupt soul with his white flames of Light. Now with one of his teammates questioning himself, Death Boy made his move. He had an old friend named Sera Dutchess put Ninjor under a spell that made him her slave. What does Death Boy have planned for the others? We'll soon find out.The story resumes...The next day, Ninjor's head was clear enough to think, but was still under Sera's influence. Under her influence, Ninjor did a little research about what they were looing for. He came across an email from one of Drake's connections revealing the location of a demonic source of power.
